Intruder Alarm Systems – Audible Only
All Innovation Security Systems intruder alarms are covered with the following agreement, providing the system is either:
Maintenance & Monitoring
- Under 12 months old
- Has been serviced and maintained within the last 12 months.
The agreement includes:
- Preventative maintenance visit (system service) at the start of every yearly term.
- Preventative maintenance visit midterm for Dualcom Dual Path monitored systems.
- Free call out and labour for all system faults.
- Telephone helpline with an engineer during working hours.
- Telephone helpline with an engineer – emergency only out of hours service.
- 4 hour emergency response time.
- Discounted prices for replacement parts.
It does not cover accidental damage, vandalism, lightning strikes or other other environmental changes beyond our control.
£80 per annum including VAT
OUR DOMESTIC INTRUDER ALARM SYSTEMS CAN BE SECURELY CONNECTED VIA DIGI-AIR SINGLE PATH GPRS CONNECTION TO OUR ALARM RECEIVING CENTRE (ARC). WE ALSO HAVE A HANDY MOBILE PHONE APP WHICH ALLOWS CONTROL OF THE SYSTEM WHEN YOU ARE AWAY FROM HOME.
- The Alarm Receiving Centre will then report alarm activations and faults to your designated key-holders.
- The mobile phone app will also report activations from the alarm system as well as allowing remote control of the system.
- The monthly cost for the Digi-Air GPRS secure monitoring solution is payable monthly and collected by direct debit.
- The Digi-Air module will send a test signal to the ARC daily and utilises a world sim card to ensure system integrity even in rural areas.
£30 per month including VAT
OUR COMMERCIAL INTRUDER ALARM SYSTEMS CAN BE SECURELY MONITORED VIA DUALCOM PRO, DUAL PATH, DUAL SIM, GPRS INSURANCE APPROVED CONNECTION TO OUR ALARM RECEIVING CENTRE (ARC) WITH EMERGENCY SERVICE RESPONSE.
- Emergency services response is available (subject to application)
- The Alarm Receiving Centre will then report activations and faults to your designated key-holders and the emergency services (subject to emergency service application).
- Dual path signalling is achieved by sending information via two independent SIM cards on different networks.
- The monthly cost for this Dualcom Pro Dual Path secure monitoring solution is payable monthly and collected by direct debit.
- The Dualcom Pro Dual Path secure monitoring system will send test signals at regular intervals and utilises a world sim card to ensure system integrity even in rural areas.
