To all of our valued and respected clients…
Due to the current COVID-19 virus outbreak, we are currently implementing a revised service for our existing clients. This is in line with Government guidelines in an effort to keep both our clients and our staff as safe as possible.
If you have a current maintenance agreement (system serviced within the last 12 months), we will be on hand in the event of an emergency with your alarm system.
All 3 of our engineers are currently available and have had no face-to-face contact for the last 15 days.
If you do not have a valid maintenance contract, we reserve the right not to attend site.
Please indicate at the time of booking an emergency call out if anyone at the property is suffering from the virus.
Routine Service Contract Renewals:
In accordance with the latest government advise and for everyone’s safety, we are not currently booking in any non-essential work
Your annual service agreement will still need to be renewed on the ‘due’ month even if we are unable to attend straight away to complete the system Preventative Maintenance Visit (System Service).
It is important that your 12-month service agreement is renewed on time. Keeping the agreement current gives access to our Engineers’ assistance both via telephone and ‘on-site’ for emergency call outs as well as meeting the requirements of your insurance company.
At the time of renewal for your 12-month maintenance plan, we will contact you via phone or email and invite you to pay the yearly fee.
Once paid, we will renew your maintenance agreement and cover for emergencies and insurance certification will continue.
We will then attend later in the year to complete the Preventative Maintenance Visit (System Service), this visit will, of course, be included in the annual fee you will have already paid.
